Mr. Chow’s Chicken Steamed Rice used to be one of my favorite meals at JSEC; until second semester, the price increased from Php60 to Php65. It’ wasn’t just the price, it was also the serving. The serving of the steamed chicken became less and less each day. But what really made this meal a no-no for me now is that lately, they have been serving old hard-rock rice. And that really blew it. Sorry Mr. Chow, you just lost one good customer.
